Located in the Northern California City of Modesto, TeleCont@ct Resource Services was founded in 1993 by owner Julie Wray. The initial focus was as a consulting firm. Julie met with large organizations and assisted them in hiring and training an in-house telemarketing staff.
Knowing that their management time is
money, more and more clients expressed their discontent with the
problematical issues of managing an in-house staff; therefore, realizing
the cost effectiveness of outsourcing their call center needs.
On April 1, 1994, TeleCont@ct Resource Services opened their call center. With the support of several companies in the financial and insurance industries, it became one of the leading telemarketing firms in the country.
In May of 2001, TeleCont@ct Resource Services moved into a new state of the art facility and evolved into a fully web-enabled multimedia contact center, to provide outsourcing solutions in all areas of customer contact.
