Telemarketing
You decide what type of lead should be generated. Some of our clients require a specific appointment for a meeting; while others prefer "phone appointments" where they will follow-up with the prospect once the agent has generated interest. You may also choose to have the agent provide a “warm” transfer to a sales representative within your office.

Special arrangements can be made to suit your particular need as each marketing campaign is individually optimized for the best possible results.

Upon generating a lead, you can receive your leads in real time via the Internet, or by e-mail. An electronic download of your entire database in various formats is available upon request.

Appointment Setting
TeleCont@ct Resource Services, with the help of our state-of-the-art computer software, will call the prospects from your target market list, create an interest in your company and services and set a specific day, date & time for you to meet with the prospect. If you wish, we can also send out confirmation e-mail on your behalf. We do ask that you reserve specific days and times, or provide us with a calendar on a weekly basis, so that we may schedule your appointments accordingly.

We can also send out your company's e-brochure from our office, in the event that the prospect requests written information about your company. If needed, we can transfer your printed brochure into PDF format. We will automatically call the prospect within 7-10 days to confirm receipt of information and set the appointment at that time.

Surveys
TeleCont@ct Resource Services has extensive experience in conducting customer service and/or market research surveys. Our state-of-the-art computer software allows us immediate access to statistical reporting and graphs, database development, and customized, almost limitless analysis of the data. The data obtained can then be returned to our clients in whatever form that is compatible with the client's information management system.
